On 5th February 2015 ACCT was formally awarded the Queens Award for Voluntary Service by Representative Deputy Lieutenant for Islington, Dr Charles Goodson-Wickes DL in the presence of the Mayor of Islington, Councillor Theresa Debono, in the Mayor’s Parlour at Islington Town Hall.
AGM 25th June 2014
The Trust’s AGM took place at Diespeker Wharf. Presentations were made by users Oak Lodge School, Centre 404, Caris Boxing Club and Arts4Dementia about their experiences on trips on Angel II of Islington.
Chair of Trustees Giles Eyre gave a farewell speech as Chair (after 17 years in that position) and handed over to existing trustee Brian Voakes.
